I saw this cute baby card on a youtube tutorial in which she step by step takes you through how she measured and made it, but it was only an invitation size card, so after making a prototype, I eye-balled it and made this one a little bigger, 5 x 6" and I added the sentiment.

This card is from a card kit by Hunkydory/Crafter's Companion that I got on sale from HSN that I thought were so pretty. It came with ideas to make each card but I decided to make this one an easel card. I added some ribbon and a bow and some holly dazzles and a border, and popped up both sentis and the easel stop.
