It's called the tarnished foil technique. I first saw it on pinterest, then went to youtube to see if they had a "how to" and here is my version.

Tarnished Foil Technique
It's really pretty easy, it takes an embossed pc of silver mirror paper, (I used cuttlebugs hexagons) black st
az on ink, embossing ink and a couple of embossing powders, (gold and copper) and that's it, but the result is stunning. It really does look tarnished.
I think I was a little heavy handed with the embossing powders and st
az on ink, it's not suppose to look that stark, more blended and muted. Oh well, next time.
